Each year we have the chance to dive deep into the Rhodope culture. We love it when it is the beginning of May, because we know that we are about to visit Zlatograd and the unique festival of the “cheverme”.

For those unfamiliar with Bulgarian language, cheverme means lamb on a stick, slowly roasted on a real fire. So every year, in the heart of spring, thousands of people from the Balkans gather here to celebrate what is one of the most typical and delicious meat – the cheverme!

And this year our team was responsible for creating the aftermovie of the event. We truly hope we managed to grasp the nature of the event, because for sure – it was a huge holiday.
